DVD TRANSFER SERVICE POLICIES

By submitting material to Ritz Camera, customer requests processing services described, and agrees to pay any standard charges therefore. Customer agrees that the liability of Ritz Camera, its agents and employees, for any losses or damages of any kind or nature to the customer’s film or tape, or other material, is limited to the cost of replacing such material with blank media. Customer also agrees that Ritz Camera, its agents and employees, shall not be otherwise liable to the customer for any loss or damage of any kind or nature, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

Customer declares that all materials submitted to Ritz Camera for transfer or other reproduction, are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indemnify and hold Ritz Camera harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. The materials submitted were either created by customer or customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate them. If the customer does not own the copyright, it is illegal to make copies and the orders will be returned to the store unprocessed. A copyright release form is available by contacting YesVideo at 1-888-843-3697 or by visiting http://www.yesvideo.com/copyright and must be included with the order in order to reproduce protected content. Television programs will not be processed, not even when accompanied with a release form. Media containing obscene or illegal will not be processed.

YesDVD service is a transfer service. Submitted content will not be enhanced. If a customer is not satisfied with the order, YesVideo will attempt to re-do it and attain a quality level as close as possible to the original source quality. However, as with other service/software products, DVD and videotape transfer orders are non-refundable.

If this Order Form is not filled out completely or the information is inaccurate, YesVideo will use their best efforts to interpret the instructions. For missing information, YesVideo will use their default procedures.
